Today's training was all about competition rolling. We reviewed the points system and also had an internal mini-competition. Everyone did great. I was really impressed by the new kid Norberto. He did exceptonally well. Kevin demonstrated great tecniques several times, including an armbar. John has great tecnical skill but needs to be more explosive while mayra was exceptional submissions but lacks agression.
Valentino and Cezar both did well, and Vito was Vito. His conditioning is there.
Tomorrow night - review of tecniques and minor rolling (flow).
What I saw tonight during the competition rolling demonstrated to me that everyone is getting better. I saw the spider guard 3 times tonight.
