Training Day - 18 April 2010
Today was insane training. First weights and then some serious rolling with john and diego. I liked what I saw from both guys, but for the tournament we need to turn up the juice. The momentum. Overall - extremely happy with the team and how everyone is committed. Looking forward to monday's training!
